THE ROLE_
- Manage company vendors and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Code invoices from our Kefron system to NetSuite
- Reconcile vendor accounts to vendor statements before payments are made
- Prepare and send vendor remittances
- Other ad hoc duties relating to AP ledgers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_
- 3-5 years accounts payable experience
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience in Media sector preferred but not essential
- NetSuite experience preferred but not essential
