THE ROLE_
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will provide support to teams in AP processes such as, receive and reconcile invoices to purchase orders, solve discrepancies, respond to vendor emails in a timely fashion, and help with the companies' system migration.
A DAY IN THE LIFE_
The AP Specialist is capable of managing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and extremely self-motivated. In addition to supporting teams, you will also reconcile vendor statements, prepare and send vendor remittances, and any other ad hoc duties relating to AP ledgers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
- 3-5 years accounts payable experience
- Must have PO matching experience
- Must have extensive excel experience
- NetSuite experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in Media sector preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Exceptional work ethic
