THE ROLE_
Talon has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Audit Manager to take a leading role within our Media Compliance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Media Compliance, and part of the Finance Team; you will oversee a dedicated team of two Client Audit Executives. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an auditor with experience of supervising workflows and leading projects to transition into a supervisory role within industry.
As Client Audit Manager, you will oversee day-to-day client audit operations, review deliverables, and act as the primary first point of contact for agency partners and external client auditors. You will play a vital role in keeping audits on schedule, managing team resources, maintaining strong external relationships, and driving continuous improvement across our end-to-end financial compliance processes.
A DAY IN THE LIFE_
- Lead the end-to-end management of client audits, serving as the first point of contact for agency partners and external auditors, managing communications, audit requests, and query resolutions
- Monitor audit progress and proactively resolve issues or challenges.
- Supervise Client Audit Executives within the team, providing coaching and development support on processes, compliance requirements and Talon best practice.
- Coordinate incoming audit requests, taking ownership of resource scheduling, audit timelines, and task allocation to ensure team deliverables are met efficiently.
- With the Head of Media Compliance, work to identify bottlenecks in existing processes across the business and make actionable recommendations for process and system enhancements.
- Ensure audit, and other, processes align with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of media campaign reconciliations, including identifying areas for investigation, proactively engaging with all teams involved, and producing regular status reports.

- Qualified accountant
- Proven background in internal or external audit, with experience handling high volumes of transactional data.
AS WELL AS_
- Prior media/advertising experience is preferred, but not essential.
