THE ROLE

The Head of Client is responsible for maintaining a high standard of service across a portfolio of UK agencies and clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role helps drive a consistent, client-centric approach and leads key initiatives where required.

The role focuses on building strong senior relationships and supporting the adoption of Talon’s solutions and platforms as part of broader strategic partnerships. You will work closely with Business Directors to develop tailored engagement plans aligned to client and agency strategy, while coaching teams to deliver best-in-class service and outcomes.

This is a highly relationship-led position, ensuring our agencies and clients continue to value Talon’s contribution, enabling long-term partnerships, growth and new opportunities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Own a defined portfolio of agencies and clients, acting as senior point of contact
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and represent Talon with credibility
  • Champion a client-centric, collaborative approach across teams
  • Lead, support and develop Business Directors and wider teams
  • Drive high standards of service and performance
  • Promote Talon’s full capabilities and support revenue growth across the portfolio
  • Oversee commercial performance including forecasting, planning and reporting
  • Ensure effective issue resolution and accountability across teams
  • Oversee delivery of insights, market updates and post-campaign analysis
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Negotiate confidently at a senior level when required
  • Role model Talon’s values and contribute to a high-performance culture
