THE ROLE_
The role of the Client Manager is to support the team across a portfolio of accounts, to assist with the planning of OOH campaigns and to support in business development and growing our footprint across various media agencies. The client manager will be a highly driven individual who will be able to identify proactive opportunities to pitch OOH to our clients and agencies. They are reliable with high attention to detail when given tasks to complete.
A DAY IN THE LIFE_
- Responsible for the development of OOH strategy that aligns to our client’s business objectives
- Serve as the main liaison between the agency and key clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Work with internal teams to propose the best OOH placements, formats, and timing.
- Work with the Hub to ensure we are delivering the best ROI for our client’s investment
- Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Guide junior team members, sharing insights and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
- Handle negotiations with media owners, and other partners to secure optimal rates and conditions.
- Lead with a proactive approach to problem solving, assisted by the team where required
- Work with management to set individual client KPIs and ensure they are met
- Ensure you and the team are utilising in-house systems on a regular basis ensuring they are kept up to date with all the latest planning information and campaign status
- Work with the team to provide accurate client forecasts ensuring they are kept up to date with key changes to forecasted business
- Identify opportunities for additional services or new projects to expand the agency’s relationship with the client
- Assist in pitching and onboarding new clients, leveraging industry expertise and a strong client management portfolio.
