THE ROLE_
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this role will support the consolidation, reporting, and operational finance processes across the organisation. The position will take ownership of key month end activities, oversee intercompany processes, manage group overhead reporting, and contribute to ongoing process improvement and systems enhancement projects.
A DAY IN THE LIFE_
- Maintain and developed control frameworks, operationalise existing control policies, ensure groupwide insurance is appropriate, gifts & hospitality compliance
- Manage short-term cash forecasting across the Group
- Oversee FX planning, cash pooling, and treasury processes.
- Support treasury control enhancements; assist in implementation and on-going management of treasury management systems.
- Manage intercompany loans and transfer pricing documentation.
- Review of regular intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure intercompany loan arrangements are appropriate to the group
- Monitor external lender compliance requirements
- Assist with accounting projects.
- Contribute to projects around optimization of group structure
- Provide project management support across finance initiatives

AS WELL AS_
- Qualified Accountant ACA only (2 -4 years PQE)
- Strong controls and process improvement experience
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management is beneficial
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and Power Point; experience with NetSuite advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
