THE ROLE_

As Client Manager you will have direct management over the Client Executive, whilst reporting to the
Client Director. You will be leading the day-to-day planning of a retained luxury brand client account,
supporting them with efficiencies whilst planning their OOH campaigns.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

  • Understand the strategy and objectives of the account/s, using your knowledge and experience to deliver and add value.
  • Build and develop OOH relationships with suppliers; and monitor the ongoing activities related to them.
  • Manage multiple plans in multiple markets concurrently.
  • Communicate accurate planning information and campaign statuses to senior internal stakeholders, clearly and promptly.
  • Compile and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profit.
  • Resolve client and campaign issues quickly, as and when they arise.
  • Help build, maintain and utilise planning tools; ensuring all data and information is up to date and that the wider team are equipped to assist.
  • Coach and supervise Business Assistants in all aspects of their work.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS_

  • Extensive UK & International OOH planning experience and market knowledge, local and global.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen
  • First class relationship management skills; with the ability to communicate across all levels, internal and external.
  • Second language is advantageous.
  • Some people management experience is desirable.
