THE ROLE_
We are open to a People Generalist or People Coordinator (depending on experience) to help support across North America. You’ll be the engine behind seamless People operations—bringing a bold mindset to problem-solving and continuous improvement. You’ll handle the day-to-day essentials that keep our team running smoothly, enabling our regional People Leads to focus on strategic, high-impact initiatives.
If you have at least 1-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a multi-regional setting and you’re passionate about making a difference behind the scenes we’d love to hear from you.
A DAY IN THE LIFE_
3 days in the New York office and 2 from home, working closely with the Head of People North America. Your day could be juggling onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every new hire and leaver feels supported and informed, through to maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS, assisting with benefits administration, leave tracking, and payroll coordination, all while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws. As the first point of contact for employee queries, you’ll provide timely support and escalate where needed. Whether you're streamlining process, coordinating training opportunities, supporting the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, or sharing best practice with the wider People Team in the UK, your day is all about making things run smoothly, thoughtfully, and with care.
