THE ROLE_

 

The Associate Director at Talon OOH Canada leads a team in strategic media planning and buying, fostering an environment of expert consultation and flawless execution. They play a crucial role in business growth, embodying the company’s ethos, and cultivating client relationships. The Associate Director is proactive and client-oriented, possesses leadership and business development skills, manages multiple projects, is recognized as an industry expert, and fosters team collaboration. The Associate Director will work closely with the Managing Partner of Talon OOH Canada while overseeing a team of a Senior Planner and Planner.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

 

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client servicing and proactively contribute to growing business via our proprietary data & technology stack. You will build strong agency and client relationships to deliver a first-class service, presenting, educating, and understanding client needs. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and you Planning teams to build data-led proposals that meet client objectives and benefit their business.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR_

  • Agency and Out-of-Home experience
  • Programmatic and digital out-of-home experience
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments
  • Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • 7-10 years experience, with 5 years managing a team.
  • Bi-lingual in French and English is great, but not required
  • Experience working with production teams
