THE ROLE_
The Client Service Director (CSD) will play a pivotal role in the growth and profitability of Talon OOH Belgium & Luxemburg. He/she will be in the unique position to build and foster long-term cooperations within the local market.
The CSD is a senior, seasoned media professional, responsible for media operations and buying for clients and agencies in the out of home market in Belgium & Luxemburg.
This position will manage an exciting amount of multiple projects, conceive and create new ideas, and ensure seamless execution and improvement of current processes. He/she should demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to effectively manage expectations with clients, internal teams and media owners. The individual in this role is required to possess trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
The CSD is expected to collaborate closely and effectively with the General Manager BeLux in order to meet and exceed our business goals. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of Out-of-Home media, along with a keen insight into local market dynamics.
This role requires a client-focused professional with strong execution and organizational skills, and a history of successful project delivery. This individual should be recognized as an industry expert, fostering collaboration across local and international teams. They should embody the company’s values, build robust relationships, and contribute to business growth and process enhancement. Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities, along with effective facilitation and presentation skills, are essential for this role.
People management skills will become important in the future as we grow along with our business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_
- 7 years+ BeLux (D)OOH planning experience and/or extensive Comms planning experience – working on clients that spend significantly in (D)OOH.
- Experience of working in data focused roles.
- First class relationship management skills with the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
- Autonomous professional who can work independent and delivers within the given SLA's.
- Thrives on business growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.
