In our first 10 years, our desire to offer intelligent, creative, technology-led OOH solutions and a full-service OOH offering saw us grow into a team of over 350 people located in key cities across the globe. THE ROLE_
The role of Accounts Payable Executive is to process invoices and reconcile supplier statements in an accurate and timely manner. As the Accounts Payable Executive, you will be helping the company keep on top of all outgoing cash; ensuring our suppliers are paid on time and accurately which is essential to running a successful business. The successful candidate must be a team player, ideally with strong AP/Media background.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_
- You have previous work experience in Accounts Payable.
- You have experience working in media/advertising, with knowledge of how the industry works or or experience in a high-volume transactional business with regular AP reconciliation (essential).
- NetSuite experience is preferable.
- You have strong Excel skills.
- You are a team player and willing to help others.
- You are calm under pressure and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- You are happy to share ideas for new initiatives and ways of working and equally happy to hear other people’s ideas.
