THE ROLE
Ultimately this role is essential in ensuring we maintain excellent relationships with our media owners through accurate & timely payments in addition to clear communication with our supplier (as well as internal stakeholders).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS
- Developing relations with media owners, to provide exceptional customer service
- Matching media owner invoices to the relevant media booking
- Processing over 750 purchase invoices per month onto the accounting system
- Preparing invoices for payment twice a month
- Monitoring the accrual ledger
- Producing account reconciliations for each supplier
- Liaising with the internal administration and billing teams to resolve invoice queries
- Monitoring the aged creditors report on a monthly basis

Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant experience of working within a finance team, ideally within a payables capacity
- Experience with dealing with high volume of invoices is essential
- Experience working within a media/outdoor environment is preferable
- Proficient excel skills are necessary
- Experience of working with finance systems. Training will be provided for the bespoke systems used by Talon Outdoor
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Desire to learn and take on additional responsibilities
